Please submit all complaints and claims in writing to the following address:

A complaint must include:

full name and address of the person lodging the complaint or claim,

justification of the complaint or the content of the claim,

the claimed amount in the case of a complaint,

a complaint should be accompanied by the original transport document (travel ticket, transport ticket).
